I don’t know about you but I feel like I go through obsessions like nobody’s business. Usually after the obsession is gone I still like the thing, but I always go through a period where I can’t get enough of something and I thought it’d be fun to share with you all what those things are right now!

Maybe it’s because my wedding is around the corner or because it’s spring, but I absolutely cannot get enough of peonies! We went to the gardening store the other day to pick out what we flowers we wanted to plant on our porch and I made Peter get the peony plant. Will it grow? Who knows, but I’m sure gonna try! I just love how big and fully these flowers are. I especially love the look of the semi-closed ones. I’m hoping to get some for my wedding, but since it’s at the end of September, it’s not guaranteed. Cross your fingers for me!
2. Sam Hunt
Okay so I never really got into country music until recently. My old job played it in the office so I was kinda forced to listen to it all day and now I find myself listening to country music all the time. It’s fun and I like it. But something about Sam Hunt has me swooning. His voice? His hunky physique? All of the above? Yes, please!
3. La Croix
So I’ve liked La Croix for a while but today I went to grab one and realized we’re all out. But…I JUST bought that box! How is this possible?! This made me realize I’m much more into them lately than before. I especially love the target brand sparkling water (I call it “fake la croix”). If I’m bored with the La Croix flavors, I head to Target and pick up some of theirs – so delish! I will say, sparkling water does take some getting used to, but once you do, you’ll never go back.
On top of that, I've seen tons of sparkling water + alcohol in the grocery stores lately! It's not La Croix, but I think i'd still enjoy it - and without the guilt. I've even seen plenty of recipes on Pinterest that include La Croix and wine, liquor, or champagne. Yum!
4. Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
I’m a little late on the bandwagon for this show, but Peter and I started watching it semi-recently and we love it! It’s so funny and smart and the cast is so diverse, which is rare to see. I highly recommend this hilarious show!
Here's a compilation of some of the best cold-opens on the show. Warning: highly funny.
5. Iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato (from Starbucks).
Okay this is the only one I feel guilty about because I buy it a little more often than I should. Starbucks isn’t cheap and sugar-free…so I really shouldn’t indulge as often as I do, but OMG it’s so good! It’s the right amount of sweetness (not crazy sweet) and I’ve had a thing for iced coffee lately so it’s just perfect. They make it in hot, but I recommend starting with the iced one to fully appreciate how delicious it is! But I’ve honestly been getting it at least twice a week…I should really stop, haha!
